En cons\u00e9quence, aucune demande de remboursement ne pourra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e sur la base de l\u2019insatisfaction personnelle du client quant aux r\u00e9sultats ressentis ou aux effets des soins. Toutefois, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la nature des soins, il est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que l\u2019accompagnement est une obligation de moyens et non une obligation de r\u00e9sultat.
